We are delighted to be one of the finalists for the ‘Consultancy Team of the Year’ at the Insider North West Property Awards 2023! DFC are proud to be shortlisted for a second year running amongst other prestigious firms in this category.

The 25^th Silver Anniversary Insider North West Property Awards celebrate the property industry in the North West. This year’s finalists were chosen after a lengthy and robust judging process where all vested interests and potential conflicts were declared.

We are pleased to see DFC being acknowledged in the professional built environment industry. 2022 saw us opening a new Sheffield office location, relocating our Manchester office to a larger space within the city centre having outgrown our previous office, and strengthening our project portfolio.

Furthermore, three of the projects we were involved with, have also been shortlisted in two separate categories, these are:

• Deal of the Year
  • Pre-let and £105m forwarding funding of First Street, plot 9a forward funding (Ask Real Estate, JLL, PIC, Government Property Agency)
• Workplace Fitout Award
  • Autocab fit-out of office at Circle Square (ADT Workplace)
  • Hilti fit-out of office at Circle Square (TP Bennett, Cubic Works)
