Project Description
Village Bakery’s new build flagship headquarter, 140,000 sq ft state-of-the-art new bakery and facility with associated 23,000 sq ft four-storey office space. The new production area comprising a large portal steel frame with insulated cladding to provide a hygienic finish internally to the production areas.
Site wide fire safety strategy was designed from RIBA Stage 4 to completion, to assist the contractor and the design team in implementing the design to achieve Part B of Schedule 1 to the Building Regulations 2010.
