Project Description
Two New Bailey comprised the construction of a new 12-storey office building, 188,500 sq ft development by Muse and the English Cities Fund. The building provides a modern flexible office environment with an outdoor roof terrace, cycle store, retail space and a 50-spaces basement carpark. Two New Bailey situated on the New Bailey site which is a cluster of five office buildings totalling more than 650,000 sq ft and form part of the wider Salford Central masterplan, 20-year regeneration initiative.
DFC provided the fire strategy to achieve the appropriate balance of design intent and fire safety, using fundamental fire safety engineering principles.
