Project Description
The Leaf Street development is a new residential scheme in Hulme, Manchester, under development by City South Manchester Housing Trust, and designed by Mecanoo Architecten.
The project consists of 20 townhouse dwellings to the North of the site, and four independent (but physically connected) apartment buildings to the South of the site, providing a total of 85 apartments, ranging in height from 3 storeys to 5 storeys.
The landscaping has been developed to provide public realm for the community and accommodate the existing cycle path that runs along the east of the site.
