Project Description
Located in Manchester city centre, the Manhattan residence, by Property Alliance Group, comprising a collection of 42 luxury New York’s style loft apartments. Each apartment featured floor to ceiling windows with private terrace and duplex penthouses located on the seventh-floor new build extension.
DFC provided all fire safety engineering services advice as well as develop a fire strategy to assist the client in obtaining both planning consents and producing a design that meets the functional requirements of the Building Regulations 2010.
