Project Description
Valette Square, Salford is a new residential development comprising of 33 townhouses and form part of The English Cities Fund’s (ECF) £1bn Salford Central masterplan. The project consists of four different townhouse types, ranging between two to four storeys. Due to the varying types of the townhouse, the fire safety system requirements are different based on the number of storeys and subsequent height of the property.
DFC has also provided a comprehensive Fire Safety engineering services for another ECF’s scheme, Atelier residential development on the nearby site.
